The municipality wants to digitize and automate the HRM processes as much as possible so that the service provision to the organization can be lifted to a higher level. HRM wants to contract a system and supplier that relieves the HRM department and the municipality instead of having to be actively managed, controlled and adjusted by the department, whereby the system in all modules works user-friendly for employees with little affinity with HR software.
