Description

Die Leistungen des Auftragnehmers umfassen die Objektplanung Gebäude gem. Teil 3 Abschn. 1 HOAI für den Neubau einer Feuerwache, Honorarzone (HZ) III, und die Modernisierung einer Trinkwasserpumpstation, HZ II, Leistungsphasen (LPH) 2-9 gem. § 34 HOAI (aufgr. von Eigenleistungen in Teilbereichen auch Wegfall von Grundleistungen bzw. Teilleistungen von Grundleistungen). Die Grundleistungen werden insbes. durch folgende Besondere Leistungen ergänzt:

- Einarbeitung in Planungsgrundlagen,
- Aufstellen und Fortschreiben des Raumbuchs den Neubau Feuerwehr,
- Übertragung der Planungs- und Kostendaten in die digitalen Erhebungsformulare,
- Erstellung von Bestandsplänen und einer Gebäudeakte/Objektdokumentation,
- Überwachen der Mängelbeseitigung innerhalb der Verjährungsfristen.

Für den Neubau Feuerwache ist das Bewertungssystem Nachhaltiges Bauen (BNB) sinngemäß anzuwenden.
