Description

Friedrichstraße 5, 71638 Ludwigsburg, Ludwigsburg, Außenstelle Arbeitsgericht Stuttgart, Sanierung mit Ersatzbau, Ingenieurleistungen nach Teil 4 Abschnitt 1 HOAI, Das Arbeitsgericht ist in zwei Gebäudeteilen untergebracht. Der vorhandene rückseitige Anbau soll abgerissen und durch einen Neubau ersetzt werden. Das Raumprogramm umfasst insgesamt 620 m² NUF. Davon sind 230m² NUF dem öffentlichen Bereich mit Gerichtssälen und Besprechungsräumen zugeordnet und 390 m² NUF dem nichtöffentlichen Bereich für die interne Verwaltung. Die Umsetzung soll in Bauabschnitten teilweise bei laufender Nutzung erfolgen. Das Gebäude soll die Anforderungen an Wirtschaftlichkeit, Funktionalität, Gestaltung, energetische Verbesserung und Nachhaltigkeit in vorbildlicher Weise erfüllen.
