Description

Die Maria-Magdalena-Kirchengemeinde beabsichtigt, aufgrund des Alters des Gebäudes und vor dem Hintergrund von Abnutzungserscheinungen und baulichen Schäden sowie eines schlechten technischen und physikalischen Standards, das Gemeindezentrum zu sanieren. Das Gebäude steht unter Denkmalschutz. Das KL!CK-Kindermuseum, welches seit 2004 einen Teil des Gebäudes nutzt, wird künftig in einem größeren Teil des Gebäudes untergebracht. Die bis dato dort untergebrachte Kindertagesstätte ist aus dem Gebäude ausgezogen, die Kirchengemeinde selbst wird weitere ca. 60 m2 der bisherigen Kita nutzen. Um diese interne Neuverteilung angemessen realisieren zu können, werden Umbaumaßnahmen im Gebäude notwendig.
