Description

1. The subject of the contract is the maintenance and development of the Senioralna Małopolska website (www.senioralna.malopolska.pl) along with technical support. 2. The description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) is set out in Annex 1D to the contract and will be introduced as an annex to the public contract. 3. The conditions for the performance of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public contract, which will be inserted in the public contract, the model contract, and constitute Annex 1C to the contract (hereinafter referred to as the model contract). 4.
