Descriere succintă: În conformitate cu Regulamentul (UE) 2019/1239 și Regulamentul de implementare (UE) 2023/204 al Parlamentului European și al Consiliului, toate statele membre ale Uniunii Europene sunt obligate să implementeze European Maritime Single Window Environment (EMSWE) până la data de 15 august 2025. Această tranziție necesită migrarea de la sistemul actual National Maritime Single Window (MSW), gestionat de ANR, la noua platformă EMSWE, pentru a asigura conformitatea cu standardele europene și pentru a facilita operațiunile administrative.
