Description

A group of orders for electronic communications services open to local authorities, public establishments, public interest groups and semi-public economy companies, whose registered office is in the Île-de-France region, has been set up.
It is composed of 124 members. Sipperec is the coordinator of the group of orders, in accordance with Articles 8-ii and 8-vii-1° of the Public Procurement Code. Sipperec is responsible for organising all selection operations for contracting parties and for signing and notifying contracts. Each member of the group shall perform the contract (s) to the extent of its own needs.
