Predmetom súťaže je návrh architektonicko-urbanisticko-krajinárskeho riešenia nového Kultúrno-spoločenského centra Svätý Jur. Zámerom vyhlasovateľa je nájsť v rámci súťaže účastníka, ktorý spomedzi predložených návrhov najlepšie rieši požiadavky vyhlasovateľa vo vzťahu k súťažnému zadaniu, ktoré je Prílohou č. 1 týchto súťažných podmienok. Účelom súťaže je získať spracovateľa komplexnej projektovej dokumentácie, vychádzajúcej z víťazného návrhu pre všetky výkonové fázy projektov až po realizáciu stavby
