Description

1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in:a) collecting municipal waste from real estate inhabited from the area of the Municipality of Zawonia and its management, i.e. recovery or disposal, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and management of this waste in accordance with Article 9e of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws 2022, item 1297 ze zm.);b)wyposażeniu nieruchomości w pojemniki/ worki na odpady komunalne określone przez Zamawiającego w niniejszej SWZ, w terminie 7 dni od daty podpisania umowy;c)dostarczeniu kontenerów oraz pojemników do PSZOK oraz odbiorze i zagospodarowaniu odpadów zgromadzonych w pojemnikach znajdujących się na PSZOK, na zlecenie Zamawiającego ;d)odbieraniu mebli i innych odpadów wielkogabarytowych, zużytego sprzętu elektrycznego i elektronicznego oraz zużytych opon w czasie mobilnych zbiórek prowadzonych na terenie Gminy Zawonia;e)odbieraniu i zagospodarowaniu przeterminowanych lekarstw z aptek znajdujących się na terenie Gminy Zawonia;f)przeprowadzeniu prelekcji na temat segregacji odpadów dla uczniów 2 szkół znajdujących się na terenie Gminy Zawonia, co najmniej dwa razy w czasie trwania umowy.
