As part of the implementation of the projects and works provided for in the Capital Master Plan (CMP), the purpose of this consultation is to provide project management assistance, including in particular: • Assessment of the different types of works contracts applicable; • Analysis of their suitability for the projects included in the CMP; • The recommendation, for each project, of the most relevant contractual choice, in order to ensure the achievement of the expected results, optimising the quality-price-time ratio and controlling the levels of risk. The mission is detailed in the Technical Specifications (DGS-25-3371_ST_FR). Where the contract is drawn up in several languages, the French version shall prevail in the event of contradiction or for any question of interpretation of the terms of the contract.
