Description

Predmet nabave je usluga dizajna, razvoja i implementacije programskog rješenja za javni ITMS (Integrated Tariff Management System – Integrirani sustav upravljanja carinskom tarifom) modul Carinske uprave. U sklopu projekta potrebno je razviti zamjenu za postojeće javne module ITMS sustava kako bi se ujedinile sve postojeće funkcionalnosti u jedinstveni novi javni ITMS modul i provesti integraciju sa postojećim internim komponentama. Implementaciju treba napraviti korištenjem modernih web tehnologija i alata pri čemu je nužno vizualno uskladiti grafičko sučelje sustava sa zadnjom verzijom carinske knjige standarda kako bi se uklopilo u jedinstveni carinski portal, sukladno Troškovniku i Tehničkoj specifikaciji iz Priloga ove Dokumentacije. Količina predmeta nabave sukladna je Prilogu – Troškovnik koji je sastavni dio Dokumentacije.
