Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje kompleksową realizację robót budowlanych na zadaniu inwestycyjnym pn.: „Budowa kanalizacji deszczowej i zbiornika retencyjnego wraz z budową dróg dojazdowych do zbiornika” w ramach zadania „Budowa ulicy Kredowej, Urlopowej, Ostoi Zagórskiego w szczecinie”. Zadanie obejmuje m.in.: budowę sieci kanalizacji deszczowej wraz z budową ziemnego zbiornika retencyjnego otwartego z groblą ziemną, kształtowanie koryta wraz z umocnieniem skarp i dna cieku „Struga Sienniczka”, budowę dróg dojazdowych z płyt betonowych, budowę oświetlenia, wycinkę i zabezpieczenie drzew oraz pozostałe prace zgodnie z dokumentacją projektową.
