Description

The Subdirectorate for Soil Developments (SDS) of the Directorate for launchers (DLA) of the CNES is responsible for the management and delegated project management of ground equipment for launch systems.
As part of the PMCO projects of the French Guiana Space Centre, Soyuz, Vega, Ariane 5 and Ariane 6, the CNES is responsible for supplying and putting in place the resources necessary for the continuation of all these launchers.
Many activities are ongoing for these different projects and the DLA/SDS/SM team has to delegate certain engineering tasks in the fields of localisation systems, trajectography, flight back-up, in particular on study and pre-project aspects.
The purpose of this contract is to cover some of these tasks for the above systems in the framework of projects delegated to the CNES/DLA/SDS by the European Space Agency and the CSG.
The outputs of these projects are located in the territory of the Spatial Centre of Guyana in Kourou and the services to be carried out at the Spatial Centre in Toulouse.
This contract covers, in the context of the projects and according to their phases, the following services:
— drawing up aps to meet the needs of flight back-up, and of the technical manager,
— drafting of technical specifications, interfaces and consultation file,
— provision of a financial and calendar evaluation of the subsystems handled by the contractor,
— technical analyses of tests or launches,
— participation in the analysis of technical industrial files of replies to consultations,
— monitoring of industrial implementation studies and industrial outputs,
— participation in design journals: RCS, RDP and RCD,
— participation in factory receipts and/or site of changes in the location system,
— management of the service’s tools and their evolutions.
