Ekerö Municipality intends to procure framework agreements with a strategic partner for organizational and leadership development. Background Ekerö municipality has a clear development focus where the municipal director is tasked with developing and meeting the future of Ekerö. The municipal board's operational plan mandates the municipal director to ensure an appropriate organisation, a group perspective and efficient processes. To achieve these goals, it is crucial to have a robust leadership structure and continuous development of the organization. In the spring of 2024, a new municipal management office has been formed with a cross-municipal focus on the following areas: Organisational development: To ensure that the municipality's organisation is efficient, flexible and adaptable to future challenges.Governance: To establish and maintain effective governance models that support both strategic and operational objectives.Strategic Development: To develop long-term strategies that promote sustainable growth and development within the municipality.Support for activities: To provide support and resources to different areas of activity in order to maximise their efficiency and results.
