Description

Der Freistaat Bayern und die Stadt Coburg beabsichtigen gemeinsam die Generalsanierung des Landestheaters Coburg, inklusive der Schaffung von Erweiterungsflächen in bereits bestehenden und z.T. ebenfalls zu sanierenden Gebäuden, den Abbruch eines Bestandsgebäudes, die Errichtung eines Neubaus in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zum Haupthaus mit dessen baulicher Anbindung. Die Technische Gebäudeausrüstung wird im Rahmen der Generalsanierung saniert und erweitert bzw. in großen Teilen neu hergestellt. Eine ausführliche und umfangreiche Beschreibung ist den Anlagen "II.22 Aufgabenbeschreibung" und der Anlage "2024­09­30_LTC_Maßnahmenbeschreibung aktuell" zu entnehmen.
