Description

The initiation of the procurement procedure is necessary in order to award a works contract, in order to ensure the proper functioning of the building owned by Arad County, in which the Arad Inspectorate for Emergency Situations operates. The objective is part of the local strategy of Arad County. The works contract to be awarded envisages exterior and interior repair works, including the refurbishment of the galvanized sheet (350 sqm), the installation of PVC joinery (windows and doors), finishes (slabs, tiles, flooring, parquet) and the complete modernization of the thermal and technical-sanitary installations related to the building, according to the specifications in the Tender Specifications. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is a maximum of 8 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, and the deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/supplementary information is on the 6th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, as per Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016. Article 161 of Law No 98/2016. •The Contracting Authority reserves the right to make amendments to the contract in accordance with Article 221 of Law No 98/2016, as amended.
