Description

As part of the contract, the composition and printing of AGH – Newsletter AGH, from the texts and photographs supplied by AGH, must be carried out, ensuring that the following technical conditions are met:
Technical requirements:
— frequency of publication of the newspaper: monthly (excluding holiday months – up to a total of 11 editions),
— format: 205 × 292,
— volume: 52 pages.
4 pages (colour 4 + 4, chalk 250 g, foil) – cover
4 pages (colour 4 + 4, chalk 115 g) – colour insert.
44 pages (colour 2 + 2, chalk 115 g)
— effort: 2200 x12,
— fixture: brochure (sewn with wire),
— the newspaper will be prepared for printing on the films,
— the preparation of the newspaper should include: graphic design of cover and inserts and composition and 2 adjustments,
— after final acceptance of the print material, the contractor will provide the contractor with an electronic file version (the files must work with the software). The principal is based on InDesign CS5 in the online version of the newspaper,
— with the transmission of the electronic version, all rights in the work performed will be transferred to the principal,
— the principal will provide the contractor with material in the form of electronic files: texts in RTF format, graphic file in JPG, TIFF, PDF format – the principal does not guarantee a resolution of 300 dpi of graphic files,
— the contractor required to produce graphic files in such a way that their quality in offset printing is unquestionable,
— each edition of the newspaper will be archived on a CD-ROM.
