Description

De riolering en het asfalt in de rijbaan van de Kolenbergstraat is aan vervanging toe. Gelijktijdig is het riool in de Wytemastraat, Florastraat, Koppesstraat, Wagenaarstraat en Sint Josephpark ook aan vervanging toe. Deze opdracht betreft in eerste instantie een onderhoudsopgave in deze straten. Met alleen onderhoud (vervanging) doen we tekort aan de wensen en ambities van de gemeente om de openbare ruimte klimaatadaptief in te richten en om de openbare weg in te richten volgens de Mobiliteitsvisie. Daardoor worden de Kolenbergstraat en straten in Blokker-Oost ingericht als 30 km/u weg. De openbare ruimte in het projectgebied moet mede daarom opnieuw ontworpen worden. 1. Renovatie en/of vervanging van de riolering in de genoemde straten van ‘Blokker-oost’; 2. De wegverharding in de Kolenbergstraat veranderen van asfalt naar klinkers; 3. Klimaatadaptieve inrichting van het projectgebied.
