Description

The Hamburg Port Authority (HPA) is implementing the project ‘Neue Köhlbrandquerung (NKBQ) – Bohrtunnel’. The subject of the service to be awarded is the planning of the replacement construction as a drilling tunnel and the subsequent traffic nodes Waltershof and Neuhof (see location plan, Annex F.2).
The purpose of this procurement procedure is to contract the following HOAI services:
— Traffic facility spatial planning (in accordance with paragraph 47 of the HOAI), LPH 1 and 2,
— Technical design of civil engineering (in accordance with HOAI § 43), LPH 1 and 2,
— Technical planning of tunnel construction (in accordance with HOAI § 43), LPH 1 and 2,
— Land-use planning (in accordance with HOAI § 43), LPH 1 and 2,
— Framework design (in accordance with HOAI § 51), LPH 1 and 2,
— Technical equipment (in accordance with paragraph 55 of the HOAI), LPH 1 and 2.
In addition, specific procurement services going beyond the HOAI are foreseen:
— Deficit analysis;
— Traffic management design;
— Soil management design;
— Design of liner coordination,
