Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is a research service entitled Analysis of the market situation in national road passenger transport with regard to tests on passenger flows and bus fillings on selected transport routes and measuring points in Małopolskie Province and the level of meeting passenger transport needs in bus transport.
2. A detailed description of the testing methodology, the research objectives and the scope of the study is set out in an annex to the model contract. The conditions for performance of the contract are set out in the model contract, which constitutes Annex 3 to the ToR.
3. If the descriptions include: trademarks, patents or origin names should only be considered as an aid to the description of the subject-matter of the contract. In any case, products equivalent in terms of use, materials, functionality, etc. are acceptable.
