Description

The subject of this public contract is the preparation of an urban-landscape study. The study - a conceptual urban-landscape design - will be a comprehensive basis for possible modifications of the territory and a proposal of gradual steps for obtaining areas of a landscape park of urban importance (containing additional functions and leisure activities), for using a large area for modifications contributing to mitigating the impact of climate change (measures for water retention in the landscape), for setting limits on the use of the territory. The study will provide a comprehensive view of the territory and possible modifications, thus assisting in decision-making in the territory in order to protect the values of the territory, both existing and potential, directing the development of the territory with regard to the requirements for fulfilling a wide range of functions that can be developed in the natural-landscape locality and that the Central Park area could bring to the inhabitants of the city. The study will build on and develop the solutions already developed in the Study of the Forest Park in the Moravian Suburbs in Hradec Králové (Atelier of Garden and Landscape Architecture Sendler – Babka; 2008) and will serve as a basis for the coordination of land use and as a basis for the project preparation of sub-projects. The study will be processed to the extent specified and further described in the Award, which is processed in accordance with the fulfilment of the objectives and tasks of spatial planning according to the provisions of Sections 38 and 39 of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., on Spatial Planning and Building Code and in accordance with the objectives of the strategic documents of the city. The assignment is Annex No. 3 to these Terms and Conditions. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
