Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of service and maintenance services for the two power supply systems of the guaranteed main server rooms of the Ministry of Finance located in Warsaw at ul. Świętokrzyska 12, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Systems’.
The systems are based on:
(1) 3 Inform Elektronik type Pyramid 160 kVA (UPS-160) UPSs with HEP400E1 and technical infrastructure related to the distribution of guaranteed power;
(2) Delta Power Power Power Type Green Force 200 kVA (UPS-200) power supply units (UPS-200) with power generator type Turin-400DP, and technical infrastructure related to the distribution of guaranteed power.
2. As part of the service, the Contractor will be required to perform:
(1) authorised reviews of systems;
(2) visual inspection of the systems;
(3) the replacement of oil and fuel and oil filters in power generators;
(4) authorised emergency repairs to systems, including replacement of worn or damaged parts by new, fault-free parts;
(5) the provision of warranties for repairs carried out and the parts listed.
3. The contractor must hold an authorisation from Delta Power Sp. z o.o. authorising them to inspect and repair their equipment covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, as indicated in the ToR.
4. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and how it will be carried out is set out in the Model Contract annexed to the ToR.
