Description

Zadavatel si v souladu s ust. § 100 odst. 3 ZZVZ vyhrazuje možnost použití jednacího řízení bez uveřejnění na poskytnutí nových služeb, tzv. „opční právo“. Předmět nových služeb je shodný s předmětem plnění dle této veřejné zakázky a jedná se o rozšíření služeb o jiné služby pro běh aplikací, které dodavatel poskytuje, dále navýšení rozsahu služeb nebo prodloužení doby poskytování služeb. Opční právo je zadavatel oprávněn využít do 36 měsíců od nabytí účinnosti smlouvy na tuto veřejnou zakázku.
