DeltaPort GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter: DeltaPort) operates the port of Emmelsum on the territory of the city of Voerde at Rhine kilometre 813. The city of Voerde, a city belonging to the district of Wesel, is located on the lower Lower Rhine and within the northwestern outskirts of the Ruhr area in North Rhine-Westphalia.
