Acuerdo marco con una pluralidad de adjudicatarios de contratación de servicios de asistencia técnica para la redacción de documentos técnicos para la mejora en la gestión de residuos municipales. En función de los servicios a prestar, se ha lotizado de la siguiente manera:
Lote 1. Estudio de viabilidad económica para la implantación de modelos de recogida puerta a puerta de residuos sólidos urbanos
Lote 2. Estudio de implantación de un sistema de tasa de basura basado en el pago por generación
Lote 3. Redacción de pliegos de prescripciones técnicas y puntos clave de los pliegos de cláusulas administrativas para la contratación del servicio de recogida puerta a puerta y pago por generación
