Annulment of the invitation to tender for the framework agreement on mini-tower baskets 321254-2026
The contracting entity must acquire new waste baskets in the form of Mini-tower baskets with 80L waste containers for use in waste management in the City of Copenhagen. The mini-tower basket is to be installed in the public space and serve as a practical and durable solution for the collection of waste in the city's streets and areas. The acquisition includes the production and delivery of prototypes of the Mini-tower basket including 80L insert and associated axle lifter to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation. The mini-tower basket shall contain an 80-litre standard waste container, see Annex 1 Requirements specification. The framework agreement is expected to include at least 2,200 complete Mini Tower Baskets incl. 80 litre EN840 container and axle lifter and up to 3,600 complete Mini Tower Baskets incl. 80 litre EN840 container and axle lifter. The framework agreement also includes the option of the following spare parts for the duration of the agreement: Inner bucket EN840 container (1,000 pcs.), Axle lifter (500 pcs.), Handle for door (250 pcs.), mounting axle lifter on supplied 80L insert. The Contracting Party has not divided the Framework Agreement into lots, as the Contracting Party considers that it can achieve economies of scale by not splitting. It is considered economically appropriate to allocate initial costs to several sub-agreements and thereby several production cycles.
