Market research for the new construction of a fire station and an agricultural hall in Hamburg - No order announcement
Market exploration concerning "Planning and construction of a fire station and an agricultural hall " - Voluntary preliminary information - No contract notice - The market exploration serves to review the market for the preparation of two planned procurement projects. After completion of the market exploration, the results will be evaluated by the contracting authority and neutralised in the tender documents of the intended procurement procedure. Due to the different requirements of the two halls, the client currently assumes that the procurement requirements will be tendered separately or in two specialist lots. However, this is also to be clarified or evaluated in the market exploration. The subject of the market research is the procurement project ‘New construction of a fire station’ and ‘New construction of an agricultural hall’. The client's needs are expected to include, in particular, the following services: (1) Planning and construction of a fire brigade building Planning and construction of a fire brigade building with a rental area of approximately 96 m2 (12 m x 8 m) for the training course ‘work firefighter’. The fire brigade will be used as a shelter for the existing fire brigade vehicle on the BS 10. The fire engine is part of the FHH's strategic reserve and must be constantly operational. The vehicle dimensions are approx. length 10 m, width 2.50 m, height 3.2 m. In addition, the building should provide sufficient working space for the seating and seating arrangements as well as for working in accordance with FwDV 3. The building must always be accessible via a truck-accessible area from a public road and must be accessible via a corresponding gate. Part of the roof should be designed with ladder points. This means that in this area the roof is regularly climbed via mobile ladders as part of the lessons. Constructively, a protection against fall on the roof must be provided. For the exercises from the area of water supply, an underfloor hydrant should be accessible. The fire engine at GELUTEC is a permanent loan from the Hamburg fire brigade. The batteries of the fire-fighting vehicle must be constantly charged in order to ensure constant readiness. Sanitary facilities are not necessary. (2) New construction of an agricultural hall, Department of Horticulture New construction of a specialist hall for teaching of the Department of Horticulture of the Vocational School of Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Agriculture (BS 06) with 475 m2 of rental space. In the hall, action-oriented teaching units are to be carried out regardless of the weather. In the course of the lessons, it can be assumed that each student needs approximately 10 sqm of open sand practice area (‘sandbox’) to create the trade and that there is sufficient distance between the trades, also to comply with the UV regulations. Furthermore, storage areas for equipment (lockable) and materials (high racks) are to be created. The SuS require work clothes and safety shoes for practical instruction and therefore a changing room with lockable lockers, but no sanitary facilities. The teaching must be carried out in the winter months and sufficient natural exposure and ventilation (possibly over the roof surface) must be ensured. The building must be accessed through a gate (accessible) to the agricultural outdoor area. Partial facades and roof areas should be prepared in such a way that they can be included in the teaching in the context of building greening (green facade, intensive roof greening). In this regard, the client would like to contact market participants without obligation and exchange more detailed information. After completion of the market exploration, the resulting findings will be evaluated and, if necessary, taken into account for the further procurement projects and the approach aimed at them.
