Description

This Framework Agreement concerns the management of the reception areas for travellers and the areas of passage situated on the territory of Clermont Auvergne Métropole. The framework agreement will be executed by order forms issued as and when needed, with a minimum and maximum, as follows: initial period of 18 months, minimum amount: EUR 375 000 excl. tax and maximum amount: EUR 600 000 EXCLUDING TAX. Renewal periods 2 times 12 months, minimum amount: EUR 250 000 excl. tax and maximum amount: EUR 400 000 excluding tax, these amounts will be the same for each renewal period.
