Description

Servizi di conduzione e manutenzione della centrale di generazione energia elettrica (20MWe), sita presso Torrente Tona,
Comune di Rotello (Cb).
Le attività principali sono:
— Servizi di conduzione impianto,
— Manutenzione motori a gas,
— Manutenzioni ordinarie sulle sottostazioni e sui componenti AT/MT,
— Manutenzioni sugli alternatori,
— Manutenzione sugli impianti ausiliari,
— Manutenzione ordinaria sull’impianto di rilevazione incendi, fughe di gas ed estinzione,
— Controlli ed interventi sulla quadristica,
— Interventi sistemi aria compressa,
— Servizio di analisi periodica gas di scarico.
I suddetti servizi dovranno essere eseguiti tramite team di tecnici che saranno organizzati in modo adeguato alla tipologia di attività prevista, e in generale come di seguito esposto:
— Manutenzione in campo: il candidato metterà a disposizione squadre “tipo” composte da uno o più manutentori specializzati, a seconda della tipologia di intervento richiesto, con un’esperienza maturata nella mansione di almeno 5 anni,
— Management: un Project Manager che si interfacci con il Committente con un suo staff di supporto per aspetti di qualità, sicurezza etc.
