Le marché a pour objet d'une part l'établissement d'un contrat d'assurances garantissant notamment les conséquences pécuniaires de l'engagement de sa Responsabilité Civile (lot 1) et d'autre part, d'un contrat garantissant sa responsabilité civile environnementale, en cas de dommages causés aux tiers ou à l'environnement (lot 2). La consultation comprend deux lots, un lot numéro 1 « responsabilité civile et risques annexes » et un lot numéro deux « Atteintes à l'environnement »
