Description

The procedure shall be carried out by means of an open tendering procedure with an estimated value above the thresholds established pursuant to Article 11(1). 8 Public Procurement Law.
Legal basis for the award of the public contract: Article 10. 1 and Articles 39 to 46 in conjunction with Article 5. 1 of the Public Procurement Act of 29.1.2004 (consolidated version of the Act Journal of Laws 2010, No 113, item 759 as amended).
The subject matter of the contract concerns:
— carrying out economic tasks in the fields of forestry, logging and logging, maintenance of forest roads, water drains, trees, maintenance of tourist facilities, maintenance of the teaching path and preparation of wood for the burning of the registry scheduled for implementation in 2011,
— on-call duty at the PDP in the Jama Forest District, together with maintenance of equipment at the Forest District – Observing on fire towers,
— carrying out economic tasks from the forestry nursery and selected seed-breeding works to be carried out in 2011 at nurseries in Lisnow and Krotoszynach,
— harvesting seeds or fruits from standing trees.
The contracting authority divided the contract into 24 lots.
The detailed scope of the works in each package is set out in an annex to the ToR – a description of the subject matter of the contract.
The contracting authority shall require the contractor to indicate the parts of the contract which it envisages subcontracting with the written consent of the subcontractor.
