Description

L’appalto concerne il servizio prevalente di raccolta e trasporto dei rifiuti urbani e differenziati, nettezza urbana, come individuati dal D.lgs. 3 aprile 2006 n. 152, nell’osservanza delle modalità stabilite nel Capitolato Speciale d’Appalto e comprende, comunque, ogni onere relativo al personale, alla sua gestione, alle attrezzature e ai mezzi, compresa la relativa manutenzione. È previsto lo svolgimento di servizi di base, comprendenti quelli di pulizia della rete stradale, oltre alla gestione del Centro raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti (CDR) comunale, nel rispetto delle indicazioni contenute nel decreto del Ministro dell’Ambiente, delle Tutela del Territorio e del Mare del 13/02/2014 “Criteri Ambientali Minimi per l’affidamento del servizio di gestione dei rifiuti” e delle Linee guida regionali di cui alla DGR 4544/2015.
