Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of 5 units of brand new trainers for the implementation of training in the field of chemical rescue in the field of emergency tank emptying. The purchase is carried out as part of the project entitled "Improving the road rescue system – stage VI". The subject-matter of the contract is described in detail in Annex 2 to the FTZ – ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’. The other conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, the model of which is attached as Annex 3 to the FTZ. The delivered trainers must be brand new, year of production no earlier than 2025, free from physical and legal defects and claims of third parties. In accordance with Art. 4 of the Public Procurement Act in places where the subject of the contract is described by means of standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described. Indication of equivalence of the offered solution in accordance with Art. 5 of the PPL Act is incumbent on the Contractor. Where the subject-matter of the contract is described by means of standards, equivalent solutions shall be those which ensure that the minimum requirements set out in the standard are met at a level not lower than that described in the relevant standards.
