Description

The subject of the contract is services for the planning of technical equipment, medical and laboratory facilities for the extension of the existing OP axis and the establishment of interdisciplinary, interventional follow-up monitoring at the Immenstadt Klinikum in accordance with the performance model in Section 53 HOAI, Annex Group 7 HOAI (service phases 3 to 8, optional 9, services in buildings in accordance with the Fees Regulation for architects and engineers, Part 3, Section 1).
The Klinikum Immenstadt Oberallgäu intends to extend an existing building. The extension is estimated at approx. BGF 837 m². Day-to-day hospital operations (in particular OP operations) in the existing building must be maintained during the construction phase. It is planned to submit the pre-fixing request by Christmas. Approximately 8400000 (gross) are planned for the cost frame (KGs 200 to 700 as per DIN 276).
