Bulgaria-Sofia: Electrical relays
The subject-matter of the contract includes the supply by purchase of auxiliary relays with a speed of up to 20 ms, which are intended for use in control, relay protection and signalling circuits in electricity system sites. The goods, detailed by type in the procurement documents, will be delivered for the duration of the contract - 48 months, on request, depending on the specific needs of the contracting authority. For the duration of the contract, the contracting authority forecasts the delivery of 18 135 relays. The proportion of products originating in third countries with which the European Union or the Republic of Bulgaria has not concluded a multilateral or bilateral agreement providing comparable or effective access must not exceed 50 per cent of the total value of the products covered by this public contract. ‘Third party’ within the meaning of § 2(55) of the Additional Provisions to the PPA is a party which is not a Member State of the European Union. This contract is financed/co-financed under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan with European Union funds under the Recovery and Resilience Facility, Investment C4.I4. ‘Digital transformation of the electricity transmission network’, Subproject 1 ‘Implementation of a system for automated management of substations’ and under Operational Agreement № SFP-1/03.01.2023 on the implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP).
