Description

The Welfare Area of Western Uusimaa (later separately also the "subscriber" or the "procurement unit" ) requests candidates to submit a request to participate in the negotiated procedure for the purchase of the rental space of the housing unit for the elderly in Kirkkonummi 1520/2026 in accordance with this request to participate and its annexes. Alternative or parallel requests to participate or tenders will not be accepted. The target of the acquisition is the housing unit for the elderly in Kirkkonummi, which includes both communal housing and 24-hour service housing. The project is designed and implemented in such a way that all apartments and facilities enable the use of both forms of housing. The target is designed for the elderly, a significant number of whom are memory-impaired. Space solutions must support safe mobility, orientation and communal everyday life. When planning, special attention should be paid to clarity, home ownership and good controllability. One (1) lead supplier is sought in the procurement. The subject matter of the contract and its requirements are described in the invitation to participate and its annexes.
