Description

Physical planning services pursuant to § 34 HOAI, service phases 5-9 and special services. The phases of performance are successively contracted. Service phases 1-4 have already been delivered.
The extension of the sports hall is planned as a complement to the existing three-fold competition-ready hall. The transfer of the gymnastic department to the construction of new buildings offers better opportunities for ball sports competitions in the existing triple hall. The use laid down in the heritable building right agreement, by the neighbouring primary school and the support centre, can be made more demand-oriented through the construction of new buildings. The capacity freed up is thus available to meet the ever-growing needs of the Association. The planned ramp in the basement will be used to supply the existing triple hall and to serve as a rescue route. The existing foyer will also be expanded to create additional sports space for the fitness area.
Basement sports hall construction.
The cultivation in the basement is divided longitudinally into the Budosport and Turns/Cheerleading/Athletics areas. Three battlefields suitable for the Budos sports are thus created and a large area for the arobatic sports. All areas can also be used for health and rehabilitation sport.
Ground floor sports hall construction.
In the northern part of the new construction, the airspace is located above the gym/Cheerleading hall. There are also two consecutive single halls (pure training halls) with a height of almost 5 metres for all ball sports, course programme and school for children. In the eastern part, over part of the large gymnastic hall, there is a changing unit with toilets (outside the changing clothes).
Construction of sports halls 1. ABOVE
There is another changing trunk with toilets over the tract on the ground floor, as well as another equipment room.
Expansion of foyer
Towards the west, the existing foyer area is to be expanded so that the area between the sports hall and the end of the sports hall can be used as a further sports space. An additional 150 m² NF is produced. These are mainly intended to be used for cardio devices from the gym.
Areas of sports hall extension
UG 1 954.41 m²;
EC 1 378.48 m²;
1. Og 394.31 m²;
Total NF 3 727.20 m²;
BRI 23 825 m³.
