Description

The subject of the contract is to carry out an assessment of the technical and safety condition of the Zahajki reservoir together with accompanying structures (hereinafter referred to as the ‘assessment’) together with a periodic inspection, at least every 5 years, combined with a periodic inspection at least once a year, of the technical condition and suitability for use of the hydrotechnical structure (in accordance with Article 62(1)(b) and (c) EUTMR). 1 point 2 of the Construction Law Act), the performance of tests and measurements enabling the assessment of the technical condition and safety condition of buildings (in accordance with Article 189 sec. 4 of the Water Law Act), drawing up the necessary measurements of renovation and repair works to be carried out on the reservoir and accompanying buildings in order to bring the facilities to an appropriate technical condition.
