Description

The assignment and its activities consist of tax advice and activities concerning in particular Turnover Tax, Company Tax, Transfer Tax, Wage Tax and Other common tax and/or financial sub-areas. A (non-exhaustive) list can be found in Annex 1. In addition, the Contractor organizes a knowledge session at least once a year to increase tax knowledge and tax awareness. The Contractor also brings new tax topics relevant to the Municipality to the attention on its own initiative or on request. The Contractor also represents the Municipality in case of objection or appeal and represents the municipal interests. If necessary, the Contractor shall, at the request of the Municipality, maintain contact with third parties in this regard. The envisaged duration of the Agreement is from 1 February 2026 to 31 December 2027. After the end date of the Agreement, the Agreement will be renewed under the same conditions a maximum of four times (4) for a period of 24 months.
