Description

SVLFG operates an office building in Landshut with a usable area of 15,500 m2. The building extends over the central building, the magistrale and four ridges. Due to construction and processing defects, as well as weather conditions, the window facades need to be refurbished in different forms and must be completely renewed. The largely intact load-bearing wooden substructure is to be recovered and only partially repaired. In order to maintain office operation, the construction process has to be separated, component by component, in five construction phases. Therefore, a construction period of about 3 years is assumed. In connection with this construction project, it was decided to build a photovoltaic system as part of the further energy optimisation of the building. Simultaneously with the construction process for the facade renovation, solar modules are to be installed on all roofs - except for the central building - step by step, i.e. building parts for building parts.
