Description

SVLFG operates an office building in Landshut with a usable area of 15,500 m2. The building extends over the central building, the main road and four ridges. Due to construction and processing defects, as well as weather influences, the window facades in different forms are in need of renovation and must be completely renewed. The largely intact load-bearing wooden substructure is to be maintained and only partially repaired. In order to maintain the office operation, the construction process must be carried out separately, component by component, in five construction phases. Therefore, a construction period of about 3 years is assumed.
