Description

Project EoL Waterschap Vechtstromen is one of the 21 water boards in the Netherlands. It was created in 2014 by the merger of the water boards Regge & Dinkel and Velt & Vecht. As a result of this merger, Vechtstromen is responsible for water management in large parts of the provinces of Drenthe and Overijssel, and a small part of Gelderland. One of the core tasks within the water chain of the water board is the purification of waste water. We ensure that all waste water in our area, at one of our 23 sewage treatment plants (WWTP), is cleaned. Then we give it back to nature. Within the water chain, the Vechtstromen Water Board will have a major replacement task in electro- and process automation in the coming years. Where the electrical installation is end-of-life (EOL), the electrical engineering and instrumentation (E&I) at the WWTPs will be replaced. The realisation of the replacement of the electrical installations is outsourced. The Vechtstromen water board is currently orienting itself on how this can best be tendered on the market. Through this market consultation water board Vechtstromen wants to obtain information from the market. We are looking for answers to our questions. We therefore ask you in this market consultation for a short written feedback on our questions. More information such as a further description of our market consultation and the questionnaire can be found in the attached documents, see question 1.1.1.
