The subject of the public contract is the building modifications and extension of Hall B, which is located in the eastern part of the premises of the Karlovy Vary Regional Hospital. The building is located on the plot st. p. 2717/1 and parc. no. 2711/1 in the cadastral area of Karlovy Vary. As part of the construction and extension of the building, a new entrance for ENT patients and a new department of nuclear medicine PET-CT will be established. A new layout of the PET-CT nuclear medicine department will be created, which will create, among other things, new waiting rooms, file cabinets, application boxes, PET-CT examination room, control room, descriptive room, technical rooms, cloakrooms, toilets, staff facilities and HVAC engine room. The construction will include complete construction works and complete supplies, such as ZTI distribution, high-voltage and low-voltage current distribution (STK, Wifi, VSS, ACS, DDC, SPP, STA, EPS, NZS, communication system for PET-CT), ventilation and cooling distribution, including the supply of technologies, distribution of medical gases, heating distribution, MaR, installation of medical technologies, outdoor lighting and landscaping.
