Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28.9.1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2017 r., poz. 788 z późn. zm. – dalej: „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, zagospodarowania turystycznego, utrzymania dróg leśnych, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz szkółkarstwa i nasiennictwa, do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Sulęcin w latach 20182020. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 5 części, zwanych dalej pakietami, z których każdy stanowi przedmiot odrębnego postępowania. Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje sumaryczne ilości prac z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, zagospodarowania turystycznego, utrzymania dróg leśnych, pozyskania i zrywki drewna oraz szkółkarstwa i nasiennictwa (zał. nr 3 do SIWZ).
