Description

De gemeente en BBS (hierna Opdrachtgever) willen een Overeenkomst met betrekking tot accountantsdiensten voor haar organisatie sluiten. Het doel is om voor beide Opdrachtgevers 1 en dezelfde opdrachtgever te contracteren. Dus de winnende Inschrijver sluit een overeenkomst met de gemeente Soest en een overeenkomst met BBS. De opdracht bestaat uit de volgende werkzaamheden/onderdelen: 1. Accountantscontrole jaarrekening (inclusief SISA en WNT); 2. Interim-controle (in voorbereiding op de jaarrekeningcontrole); 3. Natuurlijke adviesfunctie gerelateerd aan werkzaamheden en doelstelling van deze opdracht; 4. Advies naar behoefte en op afroep. De geraamde omvang is van de opdracht voor de gemeente is € 1.000.000,-- De geraamde omvang is van de opdracht voor BBS is € 160.000,-- Deze omvang is een indicatie; u kunt hier geen rechten aan ontlenen.
