Description

The Tax and Customs Administration has an existing agreement (UiPath) for its current Process Mining Capability (PMC), which Customs also uses. This agreement is coming to an end and due to its on-premise nature has some limitations in functionality. Customs therefore needs a Cloud solution for Process Mining. This is, and will not be, available in the short term within the IV-organisation of the Tax and Customs Administration and is therefore acquired specifically for Customs.
