Description

The Duisburg - AöR businesses collect hazardous (pollutant-containing) waste from households and small businesses at the recycling yards. This waste must be collected at irregular intervals, by prior arrangement, from 3 recycling yards and sent for proper recovery/disposal. Hazardous waste must be collected from the following recycling centres and transported to the treatment plant/intermediate storage facility: Recyclinghof Mitte, Vygenstraße 6, 47053 Duisburg (collection address: To Kupferhütte 10, 47053 Duisburg) Recyclinghof Nord, Im Holtkamp 84, 47167 Duisburg Recyclinghof Süd, Kaiserswerther Str. 210 - 212, 47259 Duisburg In principle, hazardous waste is packaged in accordance with the hazardous goods regulations in accordance with ADR or exemption No 20 of the German Ordinance on the Exemption of Hazardous Goods (GGAV) and, for the most part, made available for transport in ASP’s (800 litres) or clamping ring cover drums (120/60 litres). The following hazardous wastes by type and quantity are generated in the performance period from 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2027 (24 months): - approx. 2,200 kg of packaging d. residues f. Substances containing hazardous substances are contaminated - approx. 24,000 kg of absorbent and filter materials (including oil filters) wipes and protective clothing contaminated by hazardous substances - approx. 400 kg of transformers and capacitors containing PCBs - approx. Substances are included Gases in pressure vessels including halons (including fire extinguishers) - approx. 10,000 kg of used inorganic chemicals - approx. 200 kg of used organic chemicals - approx. 115,000 kg of solvents - approx. 10,000 kg of acids - approx. 12,000 kg of alkalis - approx. 8,000 kg of pesticides - approx. Changes in the quantity in the range of +/- 20% are to be taken into account by the tenderer in the context of price formation and do not lead to a change in the offered condition. Note: The AG also collects fire extinguishers under the waste key number AVV 160504. The provision of services also includes the provision of approximately 960 ASPs (approximately 40 units/month) over the entire service period.
