Description

Pollutant reports for material samples, analysis and indoor air measurement. The federally owned listed customs hall building including the administration building wing of the former main customs office in Munich, Landsbergerstr. 124 is to be refurbished and used as an office building for customs. The aim of the refurbishment with conversion is optimized office space as well as storage space to a small extent. Due to the age of the building and the wear and tear, the technical building systems and installations as well as the building envelope and interiors must be comprehensively renovated. The services LPH 2 of the HOAI have been completed. Project data: GFA: ca. 42,255 m2 Cost ceiling: approx. € 125 million gross (KG 200-600).
