Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the supply, assembly and commissioning of factory-new (year of production not older than 2017) of welding equipment and equipment for the purposes of the vocational training centre at the Componle of Mechanical Schools No 2 in Bydgoszcz, located at ul. Solar 19 – to the extent and under the conditions laid down in the tender specifications and annexes, including the ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’ – Annexes 1 to the ToR and the model contract.
The subject-matter of the contract includes, inter alia:
(1) the delivery and installation of the equipment at the place indicated by the Contracting Authority,
(2) conduct training on operation, use and maintenance,
(3) provide instructions for the use of individual items in Polish;
(4) preparation and transmission to the Contracting Authority of documents proving the proper performance of the subject-matter of the contract (inter alia: attestations, warranty cards, operating and maintenance instructions) in Polish.
