Description

The contract includes:
1. Construction and delivery of 2 (two) specialised armoured lorries, in the colour ‘white’, meeting the technical requirements set out in Annex 1 ‘Technical terms of reference for the supply of specialised armoured lorries for the transport of valuables for the purposes of the BNB’.
2. Guarantee of the car chassis and armoured superstructure, as well as the engine and main units, assemblies and parts of the base car chassis, in accordance with the warranty conditions provided in the tender of the successful tenderer.
3. Ensure servicing of the armoured lorries delivered – the car chassis and the armoured superstructure under the guarantee referred to in Article 7 of the draft contract – from the date attested by the signature of the acceptance report – in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 6 (8) of the draft contract.
