Description

In 2010, the Agence Française du Développement, AFD, carried out a study of the IT and telecom recovery plan, PRIT. This study resulted in the validation of a PRIT scenario with the following general principles:
If nominal hosted in IBM datacenters (collegiate).
In case of emergency accommodation in AFD’s computer room (Gare de Lyon).
Hot recovery (active/passive) of the most critical applications (criticality D3 and D4).
Cold recovery (restoration) of important applications (criticality D1 and D2).
The PRIT Pillar is to be implemented by the end of 2011. The security of applications at the PRIT must be implemented with a view to implementation in the first half of 2012 for the most critical applications, and by the end of 2012 for important applications.
